Where we ship
We ship across India from our store in Pune.

In-stock pairs
Pairs we hold in store are dispatched within [1–2] working days and usually reach you in [3–7] working days, depending on your city. You'll get a tracking link by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Pre-order pairs
Pre-order pairs aren't held in our store. After you order, we buy the pair from the brand in the US and import it to India, which usually takes 30–35 days from the date of your order. International shipments have to clear customs, so there can occasionally be delays. If that happens, we'll let you know straight away, and we keep you updated at every step until the pair reaches you.

Shipping charges
[Standard shipping is ₹379 per order.] Any charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Damaged or wrong items
If your pair arrives damaged, or isn't the model, colour or size you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll put it right.
