Refund policy
Pre-order pairs
Pairs marked Pre-order aren't held in our store. We buy them from the brand specifically for you and import them to India, usually within 30–35 days of your order.
Because each pre-order is placed just for you, pre-orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, including for size or fit. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering, or message us on WhatsApp (+91 84089 86540) and we'll help you choose the right size. Once we've placed your order with the brand, it can't be cancelled.
The only exceptions are:
- If we can't get your pair from the brand, we'll tell you straight away and refund you in full.
- If your pair arrives damaged, or isn't the model, colour or size you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll put it right.
International shipments sometimes run late because of customs or courier delays. We'll keep you updated at every step, but a delay on its own isn't grounds for a refund.
