Where our pairs come from
Every pair comes straight from the brand itself or its retail partners. We don't buy from resellers, grey-market lots or anyone who can't tell us where the stock came from.
What we check before a pair is sent
We open and look at every pair ourselves before it leaves us:
- the style code on the box and on the tongue label, and that they match
- the stitching and finish
- the labels and tags
- the sole
If anything doesn't look right, the pair doesn't leave us.
Pre-order pairs
Most of our range is ordered specially for you. When a pair has to come from abroad, we tell you upfront how long it takes, usually about 30–35 days, and keep you posted until it reaches you. If we can't get your pair for any reason, everything you've paid comes back to you.
